As a preteen, to correct scoliosis, Tina benefitted from prescribed yoga exercises. Trained in Kundalini Yoga from Ferdinand native Phil Barth, previous owner of Fire Horse, she has taught yoga as a personal practice for the past 22 years. Through breathing, meditation, and yoga postures, she has discovered the stress-relieving benefits of yoga, leading people to a calmer, focused mind. A certified yoga instructor registered with Yoga Alliance as an Experienced Registered Yoga Teacher (E-RYT), Tina is enthusiastic about helping people use yoga and meditation as a tool to improve their well-being and promote more awareness. Whether for stress relief, physical and/or mental capabilities, she is excited about the benefits yoga and meditation can provide for anyone at any age or level of fitness.
